Credentials: Master 200 GT/OOW 500 GT Yachtmaster; STCW Certified; Former Operations Director for a leading Raja Ampat liveaboard fleet.
Bio: Dewi is the logistical heart of our operations. With over 15 years of experience managing complex marine expeditions from the Komodo Islands to the farthest reaches of West Papua, she possesses an encyclopedic knowledge of Indonesia’s waters, weather patterns, and port authorities. Dewi personally vets every vessel, captain, and crew in our network, ensuring they meet and exceed international safety standards. Iwan Gunawan
Safety & Compliance Officer
Credentials: Certified Safety Management Systems (SMS) Auditor; Former Aviation Safety Officer, Indonesian Air Force.
Bio: Iwan’s mandate is simple: ensure the uncompromising safety of our clients and staff. With a background in military aviation, he brings a rigorous, process-driven approach to risk management. Iwan develops and implements our comprehensive safety protocols, from medical evacuation plans coordinated with International SOS to ensuring all land, sea, and air transport partners comply with the latest regulations from the Direktorat Jenderal Perhubungan Udara (DGCA) and other relevant bodies. He works closely with national agencies like BASARNAS (National Search and Rescue Agency) to stay ahead of any potential issues.
